      Hello Chantal,

the approval of new users is done by the manufacturer, the pCon team has no influence on that. To add a new manufacturer to your overview, you need to request the catalog from the manufacturer. In the case of IBEBI, please click on the invitation link at the very top of the blog post. A request will then be sent to the manufacturer, who will review it and unlock access to the data for your pCon.login account. The responsible person at the manufacturer decides which accounts will be unlocked. Alternatively, you can go to your pCon.login account and request specific manufacturer catalogs without an invitation link. The approval process is the same. Thus, in some cases it may take some time from the request to the release.

Best regards from the pCon team
