pCon.planner 8.4 – new ways to light up your design

Light can make or break a successful interior design project. That goes for both, the real project as well as renders and any kind of digital mock ups that might be created beforehand – and which help you get the contract to work on the real project in the first place. Reflecting the importance of lighting, with the update to version 8.4, we have introduced the new Advanced Lighting gallery within the, also new, Light menu. Next to these new photometric light sources, you will also find the well-known selection of standard light sources within this menu.

The rainbow is the limit

In pCon.planner, the light not only shines as bright as you want it and with the profile you select, the 3d interior design software also provides you with the possibility to select the color that suits the ambience you want to create. From bright and energizing to dark and moody: Select the colors from within the complete RGB-range or choose your desired lighting temperature from a selection of predefined temperatures.

Last but not least: pCon.planner 8.4 supports importing photometric light sources in EULUMDAT and in some IES formats, giving you an almost endless range of options for creating realistic lighting situations in your renders.
