Automatic Saving – Reliable Data Security
Your projects are now saved automatically, ensuring that no changes are lost. You can individually set whether and at what interval the automatic saving should occur. The feature runs discreetly in the background, providing reliable protection for your work.
Reset Exchange Rates – Up-to-Date Currency Values
Exchange rates in pCon.basket are saved by default when a project is created. With the new feature, stored exchange rates can now be replaced at any time with up-to-date values from pCon.cloud. This ensures reliable calculations, especially for projects with longer durations.
Article Migration – Track Changes
A secure process for migrating articles allows you to review and undo changes to migrated articles as needed. In the “Configuration” tab, you can view all properties that have changed due to migration.
Multilingual Catalog Maintenance – Flexibility in Excel (PRO)
Custom catalogs can now be maintained in multiple languages directly within the Excel template. New worksheets enable you to manage short, long, and variant texts per language using ISO codes.
Centralized Camera View – Consistent Representation
An offer is more than just a list of numbers – an appealing visual presentation can positively influence purchasing decisions. A standard camera view for article list images can now be centrally saved, simplifying visual design and ensuring consistent representation across projects.
Management Overview – Filter by Manufacturer & Compact View (PRO)
The “Management Overview” report template has been enhanced: You can filter by manufacturers and activate a compact view to display sub-items and system articles more clearly.
Display Discount Amount – Transparency in Offers (PRO)
The new option “Discount Amount” in the “Offer” form template shows the total amount of all discounts applied at the item level. This provides an instant overview of savings within a project – crucial for offer comparisons, recalculations, or internal evaluations. The display can be flexibly activated or deactivated as needed.
Excel Export Options – Custom Adjustments
Many companies use Excel for individual calculations or sharing offers with other departments. The “Project (Excel)” export now includes a dialog where you can choose between the “Project” and “Management Overview” (PRO) templates and export them in various views such as Detailed, Compact, Summary, or Flat List.
Compensation Discount – Consistent Pricing (PRO)
The compensation discount feature corrects price deviations caused by rounding errors, ensuring consistent individual and total prices. Additionally, all item-level discounts can be consolidated in the report into a single discount to avoid misunderstandings.
