Application for replacement activation of license keys (including statement of commitment)

This can be done in the following way:
- Open License manager within pCon.planner under the tab help / License
  (or open license manager within Windows under start / all programs / pCon Tools)
- Create license information. (save)


As part of the request for a replacement activation of the software license key for a program from EasternGraphics GmbH (referred to as "EGR"), the customer assures EGR that the software is not being used on the original computer due to the following circumstances:

Furthermore, the customer declares his agreement with the following conditions, which are applicable for the replacement activation:

  • EGR reserves the right to decide whether the situation described by the customer justifies replacement activation. EGR reserves the right to reject the request for replacement activation without justifying this decision.
  • Once replacement activation has been requested, the customer is no longer permitted to use the software with the license key on the original computer. Upon activation of the replacement license key, the software may only be used on the new computer belonging to the customer in accordance with the applicable license and contract conditions.
  • Any use of the software beyond that defined and agreed in the contract, especially the simultaneous use of the software on more than the agreed number of workstations, is a use in breach of contract. The customer is obliged to inform EGR of such a circumstance immediately. The customer undertakes to pay compensation to EGR for the period of use in breach of contract in accordance with the price list issued by EGR. The calculation of the amount of compensation is based on a four-year linear depreciation. If the customer does not report the use in breach of contract to EGR, a contractual penalty payment is due on first demand by EGR totalling five times the price stated on the price list issued by EGR.
