Teamviewer
Remote support via Teamviewer
EasternGraphics offers customers remote support. We use TeamViewer for this. With this software we can take over your PC remotely, while your watching. This allows us to give you the right support, so you're able to start quickly!
How does it works?
Call our support department by calling +31 (0) 40 7200 650. The support technician will ask you to start TeamViewer. Click to do this in the box below the button with the logo of TeamViewer and the text "Remote Support". A message appears: "To perform TeamviewerQS of EasternGraphics or Save? Click on 'Run'.
It may be that there is a second message: Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to your computer? ". Click on 'Yes'. The TeamViewer app is launched. Provide the ID and password to our support staff. Then, the secure session is started and can support contact while your watching.
Activate your current license again
When you have recieved a license code from EasternGraphics for your purchased software (Single user), you can install it on one computer. EasternGraphics provides a "Single" and/or "Competitor"User license.
The "Single user"license is assigned during installation to the computer where you installed the software. It can always happen that the license needs to be reinstalled, however, you need for this switch the license to re-release.
Through the following forms you can re-release the license. (please note we charge above 50 Euro administration!):
Did you receive a license code after 04/11/2014, you can transfer that license using the following guide yourself to a (new) computer.
