Three-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom

Advertisements and requests often sound similar to this one. The question is: why can a title like this be found in a blog like ours? Well, pCon.planner is a 3D design software which can be used to realize different interior ideas. For example, you can design an open-plan office, a dental practice, a bar, a showroom or just a three-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom.

Due to the support of many file formats, such as DWG, SKP, 3DS, PNG, JPG, etc., 3D models and materials from different sources can be utilized for interior design in pCon.planner. All the objects used in the apartment planning shown in the images were completely provided by pCon.catalog and the 3D warehouse. By the way, the drawing file can be downloaded for free.

If you like, you can render the images shown above by yourself. The drawing file contains various camera angles (camera 1 to camera 6) which can be taken to create your individual renderings.

The available images have been created using the Media Maker of pCon.planner. We therefore, applied the Target Size Web (640×480) and the Profile Photo: High.

Have fun trying out the software!

Very nice project and renderings. It is a pity there are no floor and wall tilings in the bathroom.

      Hi Libor,
we have placed tilings on the floor. You should see them in the drawing, don’t you? If you like you can edit the project and send it to us. It is also possible to share different versions of the apartment here.

Thanks I found this post since I’m trying to find software for interior designing for my project. I would like to ask if I can use the pCon.planner on external design or it is only for interior design? It will be more appreciated.

      Hi Margarite,
The pCon.planner is optimized for interior design projects. And although the drawing elements and other features allow for uses outside this field, our room planner is not originally intended for external design or landscape design tasks.
If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

      Best regards
      Anna

Wonderful design and rendering. I think this is more wonderful than google sketch up. The rendering looks more realistic which is perfect for presentation. Very nice software.

Thank you for your kind words. We are very happy that you like pCon.planner. :)
And if you like the renderings in this blog post you should also take a look at some of our newer renderings – for example in this post about using lights. We always work on improving our software and the renderings certainly profit from that, too.
